ISS - Narrow Aisle Rack

Narrow Aisle Rack is a high density type of Carton Storage System that offers immediate access to every carton stored in very narrow aisles. Order pickers are normally guided down aisles with floor angle guidance to protect the rack from lift truck damage or a wire guidance system can be installed in the floor. Beam elevations are easily adjustable to accommodate any carton size. A wide range of sizes, gauges and accessories are available to solution your requirements.

A.	Oversized Footplate	Large footplate welded to frames where there is a stability issue or a seismic zone requirement.
B.	X-3 Internal Brace	Structural angle welded inside the aisle column which increases bending resistance and minimizes forklift abuse.
C.	Floor Angle Guidance	Structural angle secured to the floor to contain and guide order pickers down the aisle and protect the rack from damage.
D.	Kwik-Klip Dividers	Wire partition that subdivides storage areas vertically by clipping onto wire decks.
E.	Vertical Hanging Dividers	Wire mesh that subdivides storage areas by hanging from one level of wire decks to another.
F.	Rear Hanging Dividers	Wire mesh that subdivides storage areas by hanging from one level of wire decks to another.
G.	Wire Decks	Wire mesh that provides the maximum coverage and protection to prevent misplaced or undersized pallets from falling through a beam level.

Fixed/Wrap Around Entry Guides	Structural angle secured to the floor that wraps around the row end and allows easy entrance into the aisles.
Spring Loaded Entry Guides	Structural steel with springs secured to the floor at the row end to allow easy entrance into the aisles.
Cross Aisle Ties	Steel beams that attach frames across the aisle from each other for stability.
